Steps to Gifting

Fill up INQUIRY FORM

Kindly complete the inquiry form to provide us with details about the date, type of gift, and quantity you need,allowing us to better understand your requirements.

COMMUNICATION

As a boutique gifting company, we’ll promptly provide you with all the information you need to decide if we’re the right fit for your needs. Since we source products from various suppliers, lead times may vary depending on the design, customization, and delivery requirements.

RETAINER & QUESTIONNAIRE

Once you decide we’re the perfect fit, you’ll sign the agreement and pay a retainer. We’ll also have you complete our Gift Design Questionnaire to help us tailor the gifts specifically to your needs.

CUSTOMISATION

Using the insights from your Gift Design Questionnaire, we’ll create an initial gift concept for your review and discuss any customization options you’d like before finalizing the order.

APPROVAL

We’ll work together on any design adjustments until it’s just right. Once you approve the final gift design and complete the payment, we’ll get started on bringing your gifts to life congratulations!
