Shipping Location
Currently, we ship within British Columbia, Canada only.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Rates
We offer a flat shipping rate of $14 across British Columbia.
Free shipping is available on orders over $150 (before taxes).

Delivery Restrictions
At this time, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Please ensure a valid residential or business delivery address is provided at checkout.

Remote & Extended Areas
Some remote or extended delivery areas within British Columbia may have different shipping costs due to courier limitations.
If you are located in a remote area, we kindly ask that you contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the appropriate shipping options.
