At Melange Living, we thoughtfully curate every piece and gift collection with care, craftsmanship, and intention. We encourage mindful purchasing and are committed to ensuring your experience reflects the quality of our brand.

CURATED GIFT BOXES
Due to the inclusion of food items, consumables, and personal-use products, all curated gift boxes are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on curated gift boxes.
If your gift arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs, and we will gladly replace the damaged item or issue a refund for the affected item.
DECOR, TABLEWARE & GLASSWARE
We accept returns on eligible non-consumable items (including decor, tableware, serveware, and glassware) under the following conditions:
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original packaging
• Item must be in resellable condition
• Proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return, please email us at info@melangeliving.com with your order number and reason for return.
RETURN SHIPPING
As we currently deliver within the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, returns may be arranged in one of the following ways:
• Customer-arranged return delivery
OR
• Scheduled pickup arranged by Melange Living (return courier fee will be deducted from the refund)
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale:
• Curated gift boxes containing food or consumables
• Custom or personalized items
• Corporate or bulk orders
• Seasonal or limited-edition collections
• Clearance or promotional items
• Used or damaged items not reported within 48 hours
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide clear photos of the packaging and item
3. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Custom, corporate, or branded orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.
